Dear Students,
It is heartening to see PASF-Abong Noga College embark on a new journey with the introduction of the Four Years Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) from 2022. In the past few years, the college has achieved several milestones of which we can be truly proud. The affiliation with NEHU and the successful establishment of our college as an examination centre since 2023 are among these achievements, along with various classes and activities conducted to enrich academics and to develop the character and intellect of our students. One of the most significant milestones is the recognition of PASF-Abong Noga College as a People’s College by the Government of Meghalaya, which has brought financial support and a renewed commitment to enhancing the educational standards of Meghalaya as a whole.
The adoption of NEP 2020 by NEHU, our affiliating university, has brought with it both great challenges and promising opportunities for higher education. With these aspirations and the clear vision set before us, the college remains enthusiastic and determined to strive towards fulfilling the goals envisioned in NEP 2020.
PASF-Abong Noga College will continue its journey with grit and determination, preparing its students and empowering its faculty so that together they may prosper. We believe that in the days to come, the college will continue to educate students not merely to obtain a degree, but to become responsible members of society who can contribute meaningfully to civil, political, economic, and artistic transformation for positive change.
It is my earnest wishes that all those who carry the mantle of this noble mission of guiding and facilitating our students will work with sincerity, integrity, and dedication to fulfill the aspirations of the college.
